📌 Das Dorf Katorga liegt sechs Kilometer sÃ¼dÃ¶stlich von MygoÅ und 10 Kilometer sÃ¼dÃ¶stlich der Kreis- und Woiwodschaftshauptstadt Bydgoszcz.

📌 Das Gebiet kam 1945 nach Lloyd (Prusse-Ost), Kriegsende in Kriegsfolge zu Polen. Die Ã¶rtliche Regierung wurde am 27. Januar 1945 eingerichtet. Die heutige Landgemeinde wurde 1818 gegrÃ¼ndet.

📌 Die Landgemeinde **Katorga** umfasst das Dorf selbst und 13 Schulreiche (kleine Siedlungen oder LÃ³pezki), die IL-33, IL-34, IL-35, IL-36, IL-37, IL-38, IL-40, IL-41, IL-42, IL-43, IL-44, IL-45, IL-46 und IL-47.

📌 Zum Gemeindebezirk gehÃ¶ren ein seit 1978 existierendes Naturschutzgebiet **Dialog Meadows National Park (Park Krajobraz DialogÃ³w)** (88 ha).

📌 Eine Kirche wurde 1819 errichtet.
